What should I do if the artist does not show up for my event?
This is not a common occurrence, but unforeseen issues can arise. If you paid your deposit to book our services and are artist does not show up, please contact your event coordinator or email management@funfaceexpress.com to see if they have any further insight or can quickly resolve the issue. If the issue can’t be resolved Fun Face Express® will return all funds paid prior to your event.
